From Chablis and Bourgogne come the wines of Olivier Tricon , who produces some of the finest French white wines, exclusively from Chardonnay grapes.

Here are the 3 different interpretations of this grape, starting with the Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy which comes from one of the most distinctive crus of the region, exceptional in combination with a rich fish soup. The Chablis , on the other hand, only ages in steel and is perfect to accompany fried fish and crème moulets, while the Bourgogne Chardonnay is to be tried with white meats and fresh cheeses.
