The best wines are those of the De La Tour line such as the Collio Chardonnay  Gräfin the Tour, with intense fruity aromas of ripe apple and citrus, decisive and balanced, with a long and persistent finish; it should be combined; therefore very good for all fish or white meat dishes, the exciting Collio Sauvignon de La Tour and the elegant Collio DOC Merlot Graf de la Tour.
