Bibi Graetz is among the most famous Italian winemakers, a real rising star in Tuscany. Its wines come from vineyards located on the hills of Fiesole overlooking the city of Florence. Painter, son of a sculptor, of cosmopolitan origins, for about ten years he has dedicated himself to his great passion for wine.

Firmly convinced that a quality wine is produced with grapes of high lineage, the company improves its work year by year by taking care of the vineyards with great attention and selecting the best grapes. A job that is worth at Toscana Testamatta as many as 99 points by James Suckling. Candid, anarchist, deeply sincere: Bibi Graetz's wines reflect the eclectic personality of their creator, subversive and brilliant artist-winemaker who has been able to give a new color to the art of wine in Tuscany. Like the evocative Casamatta, a red that is made by assembling wines obtained from the last year's harvest to a cuvée of wines from the last five years: a masterpiece of creativity and flair. A splendid white that does not send you to say is Bugìa , a wine with pleasant hints of fresh plum that originates from 80-year-old Guyot-bred vineyards on the Giglio Island, with sandy soils and granite rocks. A wine that smells of the sea.
