In Franciacorta Rosé Pinot Noir grapes ferment in contact with the peel for the time necessary to give the wine the desired hue. It can be produced with Pinot Noir vinified in pure rosé, or with the addition of Chardonnay and / or Pinot Blanc. The presence of Pinot Noir gives this Franciacorta a particular body and vigor as well as the hints of small red fruits typical of the grape.
