Palari

The Palari farm is located in a splendid Sicilian villa of 700, located in Santo Stefano Briga, a few kilometers from Messina. Thanks to the meeting with Luigi Veronelli , who defined in one of his articles the first Palari wine the "Romanée Conti d'Italia" , the owner Salvatore Geraci begins to become passionate about the world of wine, making Palari the most beautiful and interesting wine reality of the Sicilian region, also distinguished by having enhanced and saved the small DOC Faro , almost completely disappeared.

Next to the Faro, the flagship of the company's production, we find the Sicilia Rosso del Soprano , a "second vin" that ages 12 months in barriques for a year and then remains two years in the bottle, revealing all its personality and character in the glass .

It is produced 50% with Nerello Mascalese grapes, 30% with Nerello Cappuccio grapes, 10% with Nocera grapes and 10% with Galatena grapes. The wine ages in barrique for 6 months before being bottled.
