This Nero d'Avola comes to light in the Sallier de La Tour estate of Tasca d'Almerita, located in the Palermo municipality of Monreale.
It is the result of only Nero d'Avola grapes, whose fermentation takes place in steel at controlled temperature for 20 days, with maceration on its skins. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine stays in steel tanks and partly in French oak barrels from Allier and Tronçais for about 12 months. This Grillo comes to light from the Sallier de La Tour estate of Tasca d'Almerita, located in the Palermo municipality of Monreale.
