Santus is a small, authentic Franciacorta reality, born in 1995 from the passion of Maria Santus and Gianfranco Pagano, both agronomists, whose idea was to produce only quality Franciacorta on the 10 hectares of land owned and personally cultivated .

The company is a proud ambassador of sustainable agriculture and follows the rules of organic viticulture , proudly fulfilling the task not only of producing high quality wines but also of defending the diversity and nuances offered by nature. The agronomic choice to postpone the harvest allows to obtain ripe grapes capable of enhancing the magnificent terroir from which they come, giving bubbles of minerality, complexity and structure, combined with a great pleasure of drinking. .
