Ronco del Frassino owes its name to the many trees that stand out majestically and dot the scattered woods of Friuli, a region that has always been extremely suited to the cultivation of white vines such as Pinot Grigio (92 pt Gardini) , with a salty finish and return of tropical fruits , Sauvignon (92 pt Gardini) , with its fruity and ready-to-drink hints, or Friulano (93 pt Gardini) , with a classic almond finish.
However, the real gem of the production is undoubtedly the Traminer Sauvignon (95 pt Gardini) , a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer Aromatico, which is full and intense, with a balanced sip and rich in fruity and floral sensations. And the Moscato Rosa (92 pt Gardini) , vinified dry, a juicy and enveloping wine on the palate, is characterized by an excellent persistence.
