Le Petit Sergolle is produced in the famous Bordeaux region, where there is an excellent exposure, a wide variety of soils, and the strong influence of the Atlantic. The old Sergolle Mill gives its name to a sleek and everyday wine, balanced in touch and pleasant on every occasion.

Vineyard operations, pruning, and leaf removal are done manually. The perfectly healthy grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled steel vats, allowing the best extraction of aromas and substance.

This Vin de France is produced with Pinot Noir grapes from different areas of France.

Fermentation takes place in steel vats, followed by 6 months of aging in steel.

The wine has a purple-red color and a round bouquet with aromas of cherry and small red fruits. On the palate it is soft, complex and rich, with fine quality tannins.

This Pinot Noir pairs perfectly with red meats and cheeses, enhancing the richness and complexity of the dishes.

Merlot is produced by Les Jamelles, a French winery born in the 90s in Languedoc. The cellar has a wide range of wines that embraces all types: white, orange, rosé, red and sparkling.

It consists exclusively of Merlot grapes, which are vinified with 2-4 weeks of maceration. 2/3 of the wine ages in French oak barrels, 1/3 in American oak barrels.
