Description
The Rosè Dry Moscato of the Santero line 958 rises in the heart of the Langhe, in the municipality of Santo Stefano Belbo, in the province of Cuneo.
It is made from Moscato Bianco and red berried grapes, softly pressed and vinified in the absence of skins. Subsequently the sparkling process takes place at a controlled temperature with the Charmat method for 10-12 days, followed by the addition of strawberry aroma and bottling. Refine for a month before being released on the market.
Bubbly with a pink color and a fine and persistent perlage, it opens to the nose with a fine and harmonious scent of strawberry, enriched with light hints of berries. Pleasantly full on the palate, it closes on a sweet and velvety finish.
Superb in combination with fruit, it gives its best accompanied by dessert.
