The Veuve Clicquot Demi-Sec Champagne originates from an assembly of 50 different crus of the sparkling wine region par excellence, including important Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

Fruit of the typical blend of Champagne, that is of grapes of the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier varieties, it is completed with a part of reserve wines, all according to the proportions that regulate the style of the maison. The higher dosage translates into a fascinating balance between a veiled sweetness, an enveloping freshness and the aromatic facets that become more evident with the passing of the years.

With a golden appearance with intense reflections and with a harmonious effervescence, this bubble releases clear sensations of ripe fruit, accompanied by characteristic notes of brioche, achieved over time by rich praline and toasted notes. In the mouth it is characterized by a great roundness and freshness, revealing itself pleasantly delicate and fruity.

Delicious to serve in the company of a tray of blue cheeses or with a basket of ripe red fruits, especially grapes and strawberries, it divinely accompanies all caramel or fruit desserts.
