Description
Venturini Baldini's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is the result of the balanced union between wine vinegar and typical grape musts harvested in Emilia Romagna. This vinegar remains to age for a short period in wooden barrels before being bottled. It is made without using any preservative or caramel to stabilize the color.
Venturini Baldini's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is dark brown in color. The nose is fragrant and penetrating, pleasantly acidic and characteristic. It is appreciated for its full-bodied, round and velvety taste.
Ideal with salads, it is excellent for finishing raw boiled and boiled vegetables.
