Description
Venturini Baldini's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is the result of the balanced union between wine vinegar and typical grape musts harvested in Emilia Romagna. This vinegar ages for a short time in wooden barrels before being bottled. It is made without using any preservatives or caramel to stabilize the color.
Venturini Baldini's Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has a dark brown color. The nose is fragrant and penetrating, pleasantly acid and characteristic. It is appreciated for its full-bodied, round and velvety taste.
Ideal with salads, it is excellent for finishing raw boiled and boiled vegetables.
