Venturini Baldini's Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia Oro is bright black and consistent in appearance. The nose offers a range of aromas that tend more to the sweet than the sour, with fruity, floral and sweet spicy hints. In the mouth it is enveloping and full, well structured and persistent.
Perfect on savory and spicy cheeses, it is ideal with fruit, pastry creams and ice cream.
