Description
Montes Sauvignon Blanc is born in vineyards located on the hills of Aconcagua.
The grapes are harvested early in the morning, cold macerated in steel vats for 6-12 hours, then squeezed and placed in steel. Here the selected yeasts are inoculated and fermentation takes place, which lasts about 21 days.
It has a straw yellow color. The nose offers a scent of fresh fruit such as pineapple and lemon. The sip is fresh and crunchy, with a long finish.
Excellent with grilled vegetables, vegetarian and fish risottos.
