Alsace Réserve AOC Pinot Gris 2015 Trimbach

This Pinot Grigio Riserva originates from its own vineyards located around Ribeauvillé, in an exceptional microclimate due to the presence of the Vosges mountains which protect this part of Alsace from the winds and intense rains.

It ferments in steel and concrete at a controlled temperature then stops for several years in the cellar before reaching the market.

Golden yellow in color, it expresses fruity aromas of peach and ripe pear on the nose. In the mouth it is full-bodied and persistent, with hints of tropical fruit and hazelnut.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal with shellfish and poultry.
