Alta Langa DOCG Brut Bollaciao 2010 Fontanafredda

The Alta Langa Brut Bollaciao of Fontanafredda was born in vineyards located on the rolling hills of the Langhe, terroirs with ancient origins and traditions.

It is produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested during the month of September. After a soft pressing and a static decanting of the must, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18-20 ° C for a few months. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for at least 30 months, in the cool and protected environment of the cellars.

The Bollaciao is characterized by a straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with an aromatic bouquet, with aromatic honey aromas, enriched with pleasant hints of peach and grapefruit. On the palate it is pleasantly sapid, with an enveloping bubble and a long and sweet finish.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and first courses, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes and aged cheeses.
