Description

The Alta Langa La Cuvèe of Fontanafredda was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba, in the province of Cuneo.

This sparkling wine is produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, with aging on the lees for over 30 months.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and creamy perlage. The nose opens with intense aromas reminiscent of flowers and white fruits. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with a pleasantly savory finish.

Perfect to accompany meat dishes, it is ideal in combination with mushrooms and aged cheeses.
