Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC Müller Thurgau Langefeld 2016 Pfitscher

Pftscher 's Alto Adige Müller Thurgau Langefeld was born in vineyards located in Langefeld, in the municipality of Montagna, a wonderful village located on the eastern side of the Bassa Atesina.

It is produced exclusively with Müller Thurgau grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in contact with the yeasts, before being bottled. Pfitscher wines express the true essence of the cellar, reflecting the nature and passion of the winemaker.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a fruity bouquet, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of nutmeg and walnuts. On the palate it is pleasantly intense and fruity, with a fine and light body.

Perfect to accompany appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish dishes.
