Description

The Alto Adige Pinot Bianco Trattmannhof in Dürer-Weg was born in the beautiful vineyards located in the heart of the Salorno hills, in Trentino Alto Adige.

It is produced exclusively from Pinot Bianco grapes, harvested entirely by hand in late September. After a soft pressing, fermentation takes place mainly in steel and in barriques, at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for about 6-8 months.

This P inot Bianco Trattmannhof is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with a fruity bouquet of apricot and Golden apple. On the palate it is rich and full-bodied.

Perfect to accompany fish appetizers, molluscs and crustaceans, it is ideal in combination with delicate second courses of fish.
