Description
The Valle Isarco Kerner of Pacher Hof was born in vineyards located on the slopes of the Pacher Hof estate in Novacella, in the heart of South Tyrol.
It is produced exclusively with Kerner grapes. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in barriques and partly in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for about 10 months, and for a further period in the bottle.
This Kerner is characterized by a straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with a delicate and dry nutmeg aroma. On the palate it is pleasantly full, with a spicy aftertaste.
Perfect to accompany aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with grilled fish dishes.
