Description
The Amarone della Valpolicella from the Il Vino degli Dei di Bottega line comes from vineyards located in the extraordinary Valpolicella terroir.
It is produced with Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, harvested and selected by hand, dried in the fruit cellar. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 18 ° C with daily pumping over. Subsequently the wine ages for 2 years in small oak barrels.
Amarone della Valpolicella di Bottega is characterized by an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose opens with a characteristic aroma of dried grapes, enriched with notes of black cherry and morello cherry. In the mouth it is an intense wine with great structure, soft and balanced, warm and velvety.
Excellent as a meditation wine. Ideal in combination with game, red meats and aged cheeses.
