Description
Aquarius Rosé Brut is an exclusive sparkling wine born from the meeting of Valdo's winemaking experience and the visionary design of Ceci New York. Its cuvée is obtained from a careful selection of Glera and Nerello Mascalese grapes, which provide freshness and complexity. Each bottle is a work of art, hand-decorated by American artist Ceci Johnson, inspired by the underwater world.
The winemaking follows the Charmat method with a three-month fermentation in stainless steel autoclaves. The grapes are gently pressed without skin maceration to enhance the elegance and aromatic purity of the wine. The clay-limestone terroir and the altitude of 100 to 300 meters contribute to its fine structure.
In the glass, it presents delicate vermilion shades on rose petals. The bouquet is refined, with elegant floral notes and intense hints of raspberry. On the palate, the fine bubbles gently caress, offering a soft, warm, and fruity taste that stands out for its pleasantness and harmony.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with fish dishes, shellfish, or delicate meats.
