Description

Brilla! is an explosion of Italian spirit, exuberant and irreverent, ready to break the mold and make an impression, impeccable on any occasion. It is not just a wine, but a distinctive meeting between enology and design, with a range of labels that express all the freshness and immediate pleasantness of the Prosecco DOC, by now become a symbol of conviviality around the world.

Prosecco is made with Glera grapes, the typical white berry variety of the territory. The bunches are harvested slightly early, to preserve the freshness needed for sparkling wine bases.

After gentle pressing, the free-run juice ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. At the end of a short aging period, the wine is transferred to an autoclave where the second fermentation occurs according to the Martinotti or Charmat Method.

In the glass, it presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine perlage. The bouquet expresses floral notes, citrus hints, aromas of white-fleshed fruit. The sip is fresh, tense, and delicate, with a pleasantly savory finish.

Pair with seafood appetizers, vegetable-based first courses.
