Description

Asti Secco Bepop originates from the hectares of vineyards of the Piedmontese property of Banfi, located in the municipality of Strevi, in a unique territory for the wine-growing tradition of the region.

It consists of only Moscato Bianco grapes, softly pressed and fermented at low temperature with selected yeasts. This is followed by sparkling wine given by re-fermentation in the autoclave and addition of the liquer d'expedition in order to obtain the right harmony on the palate.

Pale straw yellow in color, with a subtle and persistent foam, it opens to the nose with an intense and fragrant scent of white flowers, accompanied by notes of exotic fruits, citrus fruits and a slight hint of sage. In the mouth it is dry and lively, creamy and soft, pleasantly aromatic.

Ideal as an aperitif, it can accompany the whole meal. Try it in the company of shellfish, fish and fresh cheeses.
