Description

This Barbaresco from the Boschi dei Signori line of Bosio is made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the hills of Langhe, one of the most prestigious areas for the production of wines with great finesse and elegance. Thanks to its unique terroir, this wine best expresses the characteristics of the grape variety, with a perfect balance between structure and complexity.

The vinification involves a prolonged maceration to extract refined aromas and tannins, followed by a period of aging in wood that enhances its depth and smoothness. This process allows the wine to develop extraordinary elegance and enveloping aromatic persistence.

Visually, it presents itself with a bright garnet red color. The bouquet is intense and complex, with hints of ripe plum and berries, enriched by delicate spicy and floral notes. On the palate, it stands out for its balanced structure, silky tannins, and a long, harmonious finish that leaves a pleasant velvety sensation.

It pairs perfectly with dishes based on red meat, braised dishes, and aged cheeses, enhancing the flavors with its elegance and complexity.
