Barbera d’Asti DOCG 2021 Bosca

Barbera d'Asti is produced by Bosca and belongs to the Luigi Bosca line. Bosca is the Piedmontese winery that has been producing wines in Canelli, in the province of Asti, since the beginning of the 19th century.

Once harvested, the Barbera grapes are vinified and aged in steel tanks.

In the glass it appears ruby red. On the nose there are hints of cherry, plum, blackberry and raspberry. The sip is dry and of discreet persistence.

It goes very well with cured meats, stuffed pasta seasoned with meat sauce and red meats, even raw.
