Description

Barbera d’Alba Piana is entirely vinified in the municipality of Alba, within the valley of the same name. It is made from 100% Barbera grapes.

To preserve the varietal characteristics of the grapes, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, maceration allows for the extraction of color and tannins from the skins.

It shows an intense ruby red color with purple highlights. The nose opens with vinous notes, followed by hints of blackberry and licorice. On the palate, it stands out for its lively freshness and pleasant tannins.

This is a wine for every course, and pairs beautifully with local dishes such as vitello tonnato or risotto with truffle.
