Bardolino DOC Chiaretto 2016 Bellora

Bardolino Chiaretto was born inside the Tenuta di Naiano, owned by the Bellora family, located in the heart of the splendid hilly setting in the Verona area.

Obtained from the assembly of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, harvested in the first half of September, this wine after a soft pressing, undergoes a cryo-maceration on the skins for about a day at 10 ° C. It then ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures before being bottled and refined in glass for 2 months.

Bardolino Chiaretto di Bellora is characterized by a very delicate pink peach blossom color. The nose is proposed with a floral bouquet, with a timid hint of berries. In the mouth it shows a light body, supported by an excellent freshness and a good savory component. In the final the fruit dominates.

Perfect to accompany classic and not too stuffed pizzas, it goes very well with cold cuts and lake fish.
