Description

The Bardolino I Fiori of Cantine Lamberti was born in the vineyards of the DOC area, located on the Veronese side of Lake Garda.

This wine is the result of a mix of grapes typical of the Veneto region: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, Merlot, harvested when fully ripe and vinified separately. Corvina and Rondinella give softness to the wine, while Merlot (aged in barriques) strengthens the structure and durability. The wine is then assembled and left to age in steel, before being bottled in March.

Bardolino I Fiori is characterized by a vivid cherry red color. The nose offers a fragrance of ripe grapes and morello cherries, with notes of violet in the background. In the mouth it is dry, soft and light-bodied, with fruity aromas that pleasantly accompany a fairly persistent finish.

It goes perfectly with cold cuts and first courses, also excellent with white meats and poultry.
