Description

Bardolino Le Banche di San Lorenzo was born in the homonymous Montresor vineyards, in the municipality of Castelnuovo del Garda.

This wine is made by assembling grapes typical of the area such as Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara and Negrara, harvested during the first week of October. The vinification follows the traditional canons of the red vinification, with a partly carbon maceration.

It has a bright ruby red color. The nose has characteristic aromas of ripe cherry and dried violet. In the mouth it shows a ready-to-drink wine, with smooth tannins and good acidity.

Perfect for dishes not too elaborate as appetizers, non-fat meats and medium-aged cheeses.
