Description
Barolo Brunella by Boroli is produced in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto, made from Nebbiolo grapes sourced from the Brunella vineyard, located between 280 and 320 meters above sea level. The calcareous-clayey soils with marl presence contribute to defining an elegant wine of great finesse.
Vinification is carried out by processing the parcels separately, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, and there is an extended maceration period with submerged cap. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in large oak barrels and later in bottle, developing harmony and complexity.
It has a bright red color with subtle coppery reflections. The bouquet reveals intense notes of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries and delicate floral nuances. On the palate it is balanced and velvety, with very fine tannins and a pleasant freshness that gives energy to the sip.
It pairs perfectly with red meats, roasts and mature cheeses.
