Description

Barolo Parafada is produced by the Palladino winery, founded in 1974 in Serralunga d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe.

It consists of 100% Nebbiolo grapes, vinified in thermoregulated steel tanks. The wine ages in large oak barrels for 24 months.

Ruby red in color with garnet hues, it opens to the nose with aromas of rose, red fruit, sweet spices. The sip is intense and structured, with fine tannins and a good persistence.

Excellent in particular with structured main courses based on red meat and game.
