Description

Barolo “R56” by Agricola Brandini is produced in the municipality of La Morra, from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown in the estate vineyard. This wine represents an authentic and territorial expression of Barolo, characterized by elegance, structure, and a great capacity for aging over time.

Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with a maceration on the skins for about four weeks and frequent pumping over. The aging process continues in large oak barrels for an extended period, followed by further bottle aging which helps define balance and complexity.

It shows a garnet red color, which tends to develop orange reflections as it ages. On the nose, it offers an intense and spicy profile, with notes of red fruits and floral hints of rose, while on the palate it is bold and harmonious, supported by a dense tannic structure that leads to an elegant and persistent finish.

It pairs perfectly with substantial dishes of traditional cuisine such as red meats, game, and aged cheeses.
