Description
The Bolgheri Rosso Felciaino of the Giovanni Chiappini farm was born in the Bolgheri DOC area, located in the splendid Tuscan terrior.
It is produced 10% from Sangiovese grapes, 40% from Merlot grapes and 50% from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes all harvested and selected manually in mid-September. After fermentation which takes place at controlled temperature, the wine ages in French oak barriques for at least 12 months before being bottled.
Felciaino is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense and pleasant bouquet of aromas, enriched with hints of spices that make it varied and complex. On the palate it is pleasantly full and harmonious.
Perfect to combine with grilled white meats with grilled vegetables, it is ideal to serve with tasty recipes of noble poultry.
