Description

This Bolgheri Rosso di Micheletti is located in vineyards located near the town of Marcaccio, in the municipality of Castagneto Carducci.

It is obtained from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from vineyards that reach 12 years of age, which are harvested by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. Fermentation is traditional and lasts for 15-18 days at a maximum temperature of 25 ° C. Afterwards the wine remains for 10 months in cement vats until bottling.

Wine with a ruby red color, it is expressed on the nose with a fragrant and expressive perfume, with clear hints of raspberry. On the palate it transmits great freshness, supported by soft tannins that accompany towards a fruity finish of great persistence.

Perfect for appetizers and first courses, it proves ideal in the company of fresh cheeses and cold cuts.
