Description
Domaine Pansiot's Hautes-Côtes de Nuits was born in vineyards located in the heart of the prestigious AOC Bourgogne, in France.
It is produced entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique, before being bottled.
The Côte de Nuits-Villages of Domaine Pansiot is characterized by a dark ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant hints of cherry and violet, enriched with notes of liqurizia. On the palate it is simple and decisive, with pleasantly ripe tannins.
This red wine is perfect to accompany white meat dishes and noble poultry.
