Description
The Brunello di Montalcino of Cantina Le Chiuse is born in vineyards located in the heart of the Montalcino area.
It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested only by hand during the second week of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 29 ° C for 25 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for 36 months, before being bottled.
This Brunello di Montalcino is characterized by a lively garnet red color. The nose opens with intense aromas of cherries and sour cherries, enriched with pleasant floral hints of sweet pink and delicate spicy notes. On the palate it is elegant and pleasantly full-bodied. The wine has a good persistence and fine and velvety tannins.
Perfect to accompany roasts and stewed meats, it is ideal in combination with game and mature cheeses.
