Valle de Uco IG Zuccardi Q Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 Familia Zuccardi

The Cabernet Sauvignon of the Zuccardi Q line of the Zuccardi family originates in vineyards located in the districts of La Consulta and Gualtallary of Tupungato, in the Uco Valley, within the renowned wine region of Mendoza.

It is produced exclusively with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After filling the tanks which takes place only by gravity, the must ferments, with maceration in contact with the skins, at controlled temperature for 25 days. Subsequently the wine ages in wood before being bottled.

Cabernet Sauvignon Zuccardi Q has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with intense aromas of ripe red and black fruit, enriched with elegant spicy hints. On the palate it is structured and soft, with a pleasantly long and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany second courses based on red meats, this wine is ideal in combination with game and aged cheeses.
