Description
Suadens Cuore by Nativ is a refined white wine born in Irpinia from the union of the historical grape varieties Falanghina, Fiano, and Greco, complemented by aromatic selections of Moscato bianco, Malvasia puntinata, and Riesling Italico. This composition represents the “heart” of the production philosophy, with grapes harvested at the peak of their aromatic expression on volcanic soils with calcareous-clay components.
The grapes are harvested at dawn to preserve their freshness, then subjected to gentle pressing and static cold clarification. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperatures, with weekly bâtonnage, followed by a brief passage in barrels and final maturation of six months in the bottle, enriching its balance and complexity.
In the glass, it presents a bright golden hue crossed by cedar-colored reflections. On the nose, elegant scents of orange blossom, grapefruit, and bitter orange emerge. The taste reveals aromas of pear, glazed peach, and fresh fruit, in an enveloping and harmonious taste profile.
It pairs perfectly with Mediterranean seafood dishes, flavorful and elaborate preparations based on fish and shellfish, as well as with risottos, traditional soups, and dry desserts.
