Description
Nativ's Suadens rosé is obtained from pure Aglianico grapes, grown on volcanic soils with clayey-calcareous layers. The late harvest, carried out at the end of October, allows to enhance the maturity and aromatic intensity of the grapes, giving the wine a refined and elegant character.
The vinification involves a soft and very brief pressing to extract only the free-run must, followed by a cold static clarification. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, preserving the freshness and fragrance of the wine. After vinification, the wine ages in the bottle for about two months before being released for sale.
It has an elegant antique pink color. The bouquet is intense and complex, with aromas of white flowers, Maiatiche cherries and pink grapefruit, enriched by delicate nuances of pink pepper. On the palate it offers a harmonious and enveloping structure, with notes of blackberry, violet, wild plum and a light balsamic hint that gives depth to the sip.
It pairs perfectly with legume soups, fish, shellfish, white meats and cheeses, enhancing their delicacy with its freshness and aromatic complexity.
