Campania IGT Rosso Costacielo 2015 Lunarossa

Campania Costacielo Rosso di Lunarossa was born in vineyards located in Giffoni Valle Piana, at the foot of the Piacentini Mountains, in the province of Salerno.

It is obtained from Aglianico and Cabarnet grapes, harvested exclusively by hand in the months of September and October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in steel and for another 5 months in bottle, before being marketed.

Characterized by a bright ruby red color, with purple fingernail, this red wine opens to the nose with an intense aroma of berries, blackberry and cherry, enriched with notes of ripe hay. On the palate it has a pleasant uvosity that is expressed with very soft and fruity tannins.

Perfect to accompany first courses, red meats and cold cuts, it is ideal in combination with medium-aged cheeses.
