The Póker de Tintos 0% from Encomienda de Cervera is produced in the Campo de Calatrava region, on volcanic clay, limestone, and stony soils. This non-alcoholic red wine is made from a blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The area, located near the Jabalón River in Almagro, offers ideal conditions for intense and expressive wines.

Despite being alcohol-free, the winemaking process is meticulously cared for to preserve the sensory characteristics typical of a structured red wine. The aim is to provide an authentic and enjoyable experience, with a silky texture and well-balanced freshness, without sacrificing aromatic complexity.

It presents itself with a deep cherry red color and ruby reflections. Intense aromas of ripe red fruit emerge on the nose, accompanied by light floral notes and hints of pastry.
