Description
Carignano del Sulcis Giba was born in the heart of Sulcis, within the Se Murasa area, from which the same company takes its name.
It is the result of only Carignano grapes, harvested only by hand. Vinification takes place traditionally in red, with refinement taking place exclusively in steel tanks.
It presents itself at the sight of a very intense ruby red color. The nose is enveloping and fruity, with notes of red berry fruit and cherry that mix with a delicate spice of white pepper. Slightly tannic and medium-bodied wine, pleasantly balanced.
It goes well with cold cuts and first courses with meat sauce, proving particularly suitable also with medium-aged cheeses.
