Description

Produced in Spain by the winery Menade from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this dry white wine expresses a perfect balance between aromatic exuberance and minerality. It stands out for the grape variety's ability to adapt to the Rueda terroir, delivering an original and unmistakable expression.

The grapes are harvested separately according to the orientation and nature of the soils, gently pressed, and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures briefly on its fine lees before bottling, preserving freshness and authenticity.

It shows a pale straw yellow color and an intense bouquet of mango, maracuja, passion fruit, and typical vegetal notes such as asparagus. On the palate, it is fresh, full-bodied, and pleasant, with excellent aromatic persistence.

Perfect to pair with grilled vegetables, citrus salads or fresh cheeses.
