Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC Organic Wine 2016 Cirelli

Cirelli's Cerasuolo has its roots in the Teramo region of Abruzzo and is affected by all the sea air that shapes it.

It is made up of 100% Montepulciano grapes, coming from an organic cultivation and vinified in rosé. The harvest is followed by a maceration of a few hours and a fermentation carried out by indigenous yeasts. After a stop of about 4 months in steel tanks in contact with its fine lees, the wine is bottled.

Intense cherry pink at the sight. Its scent recalls cherry and wild strawberry, with a hint of pepper to revive the bouquet. In the mouth it shows a drinkable body and imprinted on the fruit, finished with a beautiful freshness and a snappy flavor.

Perfect to accompany spaghetti with seafood.
