Champagne Brut Millesimé 2008 Albert Le Comte

Albert Le Comte Champagne Brut Millesimé comes from vineyards located in the heart of the AOC Champagne.

It is mainly produced with Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero and Pinot Meunier grapes, harvested only by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place according to the champenoise method, by refermentation in the bottle, with maturation on the lees for 30 months.

Albert Le Comte Champagne Brut Millesimé is characterized by a bright golden yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with an enveloping floral bouquet, enriched with fruit aromas, with citrus flavors. On the palate it is broad and balanced, with spicy hints that accompany towards a long and mineral finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, this sparkling wine is ideal in combination with appetizers, fish and vegetable dishes.
