Description
Champagne Brut Pur Rosé is produced by Domaine Morel, located in Les Riceys, in the Côte des Bar.
This Champagne is made exclusively from Pinot Noir. The grapes are vinified first with a maceration on the skins for approximately four days, using the "de cuvaison" method. The wine is then made sparkling using the Champenoise method, aging on the lees for five years.
Rosé in color and with a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it reveals aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry. The palate is fresh and persistent.
To be paired with risottos and legume and shellfish soups and with fruit desserts.
