Champagne AOC Brut Rosé Millésime Cuvée Amour de 2007 Deutz

Champagne Brut Rosé Millésime Cuvée Amour de Deutz from Deutz comes from vineyards located in Aÿ, a renowned Grand Cru in the heart of the AOC Champagne.

It is produced with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the champenoise method, with subsequent aging on the lees.

Champagne Cuvée Amour de Deutz is characterized by a soft pink color, with coral shades. The nose opens a large and elegant bouquet, with sweet aromas of red fruits, white nectarine peach, coconut milk and Alpine rose, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is refined and lively, characterized by good freshness.

Excellent as an aperitif, this sparkling wine is perfect to accompany white meats and fish dishes. Ideal with shellfish, especially if combined with grilled lobster.
