Description
What kind of wine is it
Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label is a Champagne made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier. This combination imparts a distinctive character that remains consistent over time and is the stylistic signature of the Veuve Clicquot maison. The product is offered in the Cooler case.
Where it comes from
It originates in the Champagne region, where the cool climate and chalky soils define the terroir and lend the wine freshness and vibrancy. The blend draws on a wide selection of vineyards from diverse origins.
How it is made
Winemaking involves the use of 50–60 crus carefully selected and assembled by the Chef de Caves to maintain a consistent style and quality. Reserve wines play an important role in the wine’s balance, while fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel to preserve freshness and vibrancy.
Tasting notes
In the glass it shows a bright golden yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers a complex bouquet with notes of peach, Mirabelle plum and pear, enriched by delicate nuances of vanilla and toasted brioche. On the palate it impresses with structure, balance and long aromatic persistence.
What to pair it with
Pairs well with fish tartare, salmon, seafood and Parmigiano shavings, where its freshness enhances every bite.
When to serve it
The Cooler case is designed to take Champagne anywhere thanks to its chrome handle, and is practical for picnics and outdoor occasions: it keeps the bottle chilled for up to an hour. It is also a suitable choice as a gift idea.
